It will be the last trial match for the Harold Matthews (u16) and SG Ball (u18) squads prior to their historic Round 1 clash against the Sydney Roosters when the Bulldogs make their long awaited return to Belmore Sports Ground. Tickets for Round 1 can be purchased HERE or at any ProTicket Agency and please be advised that no tickets will be sold on the day of the match.

The first match will be the Balmain Harold Matthews (u16) squad taking on the Bulldogs u15 Development squad starting at 3.00pm followed by the Balmain SG Ball squad (u18) doing battle against the Bulldogs u17 Development squad at 4.30pm. Both Bulldogs sides will contain players from their Harold Matthews and SG Ball squads.

At 6.00pm the Bulldogs Harold Matthews (u16) squad will go up against the Sharks Harold Matthews (u16) squad with the last game at 7.30pm when the Bulldogs SG Ball (u18) squad clash with the Sharks SG Ball (u18) squad.

Earlier on the same day, the SWSAS Harold Matthews (u16) squad will play a development team from Western Australia in a trial match at Hillier Oval (Woodward Park) in Liverpool with kick off at 10.30am. The Bulldogs have entered into a partnership with the South West Sydney Academy of Sport (SWSAS) that will allow an additional 13 players from within the Canterbury-Bankstown Junior League system the opportunity to play Junior Representative Rugby League.
